These terms govern the use of rossolabs.com.br and the relationship between Rosso Labs and anyone requesting a quote or contracting a design and development project.
Acceptance
By browsing the site, submitting a form, or contracting our services, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Scope of service
We offer design, development, and publishing of landing pages, marketing sites, and custom SaaS. Exact scope is defined in a signed proposal before kickoff.
Intellectual property
After full payment, the final deliverable (code + assets) is assigned to the client for unlimited use. Open-source library components retain their original licenses. Rosso Labs reserves the right to feature the project in its portfolio.
Payment
50% upfront and 50% on production deploy, unless otherwise stated in a signed proposal. Delays beyond 15 days suspend support. Prices in BRL; conversion for other packages defined in the proposal.
Timelines
Timelines count in business days from briefing approval and upfront payment. Delays caused by missing content, feedback, or client approval shift the timeline proportionally.
Support
Post-launch support varies by package (15 to 30 days included). After that, optional monthly plans are available. Support covers bugs within delivered scope, not product evolution.
Liability
Rosso Labs is not liable for: third-party hosting outages, client-made changes outside the CMS, lost profits, or indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted service.
Jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to the courts of Cachoeirinha — RS, Brazil, with waiver of any other jurisdiction however privileged.
